Phases of the project

Phase I.
Establish a Moodle 3.x LMS system and technical requirements for conducting training by FKT method

Phase II.
Migration of CWA to Indicio Web Academy

• analysis of technical requirements for migration and possibilities of migration

• analysis of materials of CWA to establish what materials can be translated into English and use again and what materials need to be created

• translate usable materials and create new materials for a migration project

• translate question banks and establish newly adaptable question banks

• Testing CWA in a new environment and make behavioural analysis

Phase III.
Apply FKT method training education to a new company

Duration of project:  Octobar 2019.- ongoing
