The model allows skill base certification that can help companies to find gaps between skills company expects to exist and the real state of their use by employees or clients.
AAK is in constant use since 2008.
The results were described in the Postgraduate thesis: The organization of education in IT company by applying the Accelerated learning model at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business in 2012.
